- Velvet Doctors Tam With Two Button Gold Rayon Tassel High quality velvet, available in 2 shapes. Includes synthetic rayon bullion tassel.
- Black Velvet chevrons and front panels for Phd. If you want the Velvet in any other colors you must order Deluxe Package
